Verifying my account via KYC

As an online gambling operator, we are required by law to perform age verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. This is for the security of both us and our customers.

How do I verify my account?

In order to verify your account, you will need to complete our KYC process. Depending on your deposit method, please e-mail the required documents to documents@novibet.co.uk  You can find what you need to provide below.

Deposit Method: 

Credit/Debit card

  • Photograph of your ID: Passport or driving license (both sides).
  • Photograph of your card (both sides). For security reasons, the first 6 and last 4 digits must be visible. You must cover up the CVV code on the back.
  • Photograph of a recent proof of address: Bank statement or utility bill issued within 3 months.

 

Paysafe card

  • Photograph of your ID: Passport or driving license (both sides).
  • Photograph or print screen of your bank statement showing details such as IBAN number and account holder’s name.
  • Photograph of a recent proof of address: Bank statement or utility bill issued within 3 months.

 

Bank Transfer

  • Photograph of your ID: Passport or driving license (both sides).
  • Photograph or print screen of your bank statement showing details such as IBAN number and account holder’s name.
  • Photograph of a recent proof of address: Bank statement or utility bill issued within 3 months.
